Jung Dao (Head Up Relax the Shoulders)
The head should be held upright as if suspended by a string from the top.
The shoulders should be relaxed sinking naturally downward. Properly relaxing the shoulders
allows for the promotion of independence between the axial and appendicular skeletons.
This independence allows for powerful responses to aggression without compromising structure.
The head should not jolt or respond in any way to the shocking energy of the opponent during
pushes or pulls.
